PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric converter with high photoelectric conversion efficiency and excellent stability, and a solar battery having the same.SOLUTION: The photoelectric converter has a first electrode, a photoelectric conversion layer including a semiconductor and intensification pigment, a solid hole transport layer and a second electrode on a substrate. The intensification pigment is a chemical compound expressed by the following formula (1), and the solid hole transport layer contains a chemical compound expressed by the following formula (3) or polymer of multimer of the chemical compound. |
