PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an inkjet recording ink having safety, storage stability, stable discharge performance from a recording head, and printed matter drying properties as an inkjet recording ink containing an organic fluorescent pigment; and an ink cartridge.SOLUTION: An inkjet recording ink that can be favorably used in an inkjet recording device, and an ink cartridge that stores this ink can be obtained through use of an inkjet recording ink including an organic fluorescent pigment, a pigment dispersing agent, an organic solvent, and a binder resin, wherein: the organic solvent is used as a main solvent; the organic fluorescent pigment is dissolved in the organic solvent; and a high-molecular-weight resin and a low-molecular-weight resin are jointly used as the binder resin. |
