PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use spaces at an upper stream side and a lower stream side of a feeding direction of a transferred material of a transfer device.SOLUTION: A truck 5 carries out a plate cylinder 31 by retreating to a side from a lower side of a plate cylinder mounting position Po while carrying in a plate cylinder 31 by advancing from the side to the lower side of the plate cylinder mounting position Po of a transfer device 3. A plate cylinder lifting mechanism 4 supports and lifts the plate cylinder 31 to hand the plate cylinder 31 between the plate cylinder mounting position Po and the truck 5 which has advanced to the lower side of the plate cylinder mounting position Po at the exchange of the plate cylinder 31. The truck 5 positions the truck 5 which has advanced to the lower side of the plate cylinder mounting position Po so that the truck does not move at the lower side of the plate cylinder mounting position Po by the engagement performance with a device fixing side of the transfer device 3. A plate cylinder positioning mechanism 6 is provided to move in a truck advancing/retreating direction, and positions each kind of the plate cylinder 31 with different length by abutting the end of the plate cylinder 31 so that the plate cylinder 31 above the truck 5 can be mounted on the transfer device 3 when the truck 5 advances to the lower side of the plate cylinder mounting position Po.
