REFRACTORY CONCRETE MIXTURE

The invention relates to the production of refractory and can be used for the production of refractory concrete. A refractory concrete mixture contains, weight %: fire clay aggregate – 36.6-47.7; emery with weight part of AlOmore than 90 weight % - 23.5-27.5; mixture of finely dispersed emery and alumina, taken in ratio from 1:2.2 to 1:3.0 with content of particles of size lower than 4 micrometers in quantity more than 45 % - 23.0-27.0; high-alumina cement – 3.5-6.5; dispersing agent in a form of mixture of silica-containing material with particle size lower than 2 micrometers and activity index of hydrogen ions pH 6 and pH 10, taken in ratio of 2:1 – 2.4-3.6. The use of the invention allows obtaining concretes with reduced hardening time, and also concretes which is characterized with increased durability after baking at temperature of 1000 °C.
