PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll type fluid machinery that can exhibit a high performance when being used as an expander of a Rankine cycle and a blower, and to provide Rankine cycle that can exhibit a high performance and to provide a waste heat utilizing apparatus.SOLUTION: In the scroll type fluid machinery, a movable scroll 30 is biased toward a stationary scroll 18 by a pushing spring 46. A biasing force Fof the pushing spring 46 exceeds a vertical component force Fd2n of a load Fd2 acting in the tangential direction of a revolution circle C along which the movable scroll 30 revolves when the scroll type fluid machinery functions as a blower, the vertical component force Fd2n being perpendicular to a flat surface Lp connecting a driving axial line Od and a revolution axial line Oc.
