PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a secondary battery which uses a familiar material as an electrolyte, is inexpensive and safe, and has power generation efficiency increased to a practical level.SOLUTION: A mixture of naturally existing water such as seawater, and earth and sand containing inorganic or organic matter, in other words, a naturally or artificially existing puddle such as the ocean, a river, a pond, or a marsh is used as an electrolytic solution of the secondary battery as it is. |
