Disclosed are a method, a device and a system for sending information, which are applied to the field of communication technologies. In embodiments of the present invention, a control point sends a connection request to a target user equipment, the connection request comprising a pilot identifier, to request the user equipment to receive detail information sent by the control point; after displaying the pilot identifier to a user and receiving a pilot identifier selected by the user, the user equipment sends a connection request acceptance message to the control point; the control point is capable of sending the detail information corresponding to the pilot identifier contained in the connection request acceptance message and selected by the user to the target user equipment, so the control point performs information piloting for the user. In the embodiments of the present invention, detail information is transmitted to a user equipment by using point-to-point communication, so that information piloting does not depend on data service traffic consumption or positioning precision of the user equipment.
