PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a liquid fertilizer containing a sericite component and a liquid fertilizer manufactured thereby are provided to cost effectively manufacture a liquid fertilizer by extracting plenty of potassium, calcium, and sodium from sericite based on simple mixing and heating operations with respect to the sericite and alkaline water. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a liquid fertilizer comprises the steps of: pulverizing sericite into 200-400 meshes; preparing alkaline water by adding alkaline materials into water; obtaining a mixture by mixing the pulverized sericite and the alkaline water; stirring and heating the mixture at 70-90°C for 1-3 hours; maintaining the heated mixture; and collecting liquid from the upper side of the mixture. The alkaline material is sodium hydroxide, and the pH value of the alkaline water is in the range of 8-12. 200-300 parts by weight of the alkaline water is mixed with 100 parts by weight of the pulverized sericite. |
