PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation system capable of achieving reduction in wiring cost of power lines and easy wiring, as well as easy detection of failures such as diode failure and ground fault, high reliability and easy maintenance in a system using a counterflow prevention diode.SOLUTION: The power line for photovoltaic power generation system comprises: power fetching main lines 101, 102 with a plurality of branch lines 131, 132 connected in parallel; solar battery modules 111, 112 connected to the branch lines 131, 132; and a protection section with a counterflow prevention diode 141 mounted on the branch line 131. With the power fetching main line 101 on the high-potential side taken as plus and the power fetching main line 102 on the low-potential wiring side taken as minus, a voltage is applied and heat generation of the solar battery modules 111, 112 is observed, thereby detecting short-circuit failure in the counterflow prevention diode 141. |
