PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound which can be used for enhancing the filtration performance of a nonwoven polymeric fiber web, stabilizing electrical charges present in a nonwoven polymeric fiber web, enhancing electrification in an electret film, stabilizing electrification in an electret film, or a combination thereof.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an electret filter medium including a fiber web which includes fibers including a thermoplastic resin and a compound selected from the group consisting of 2,6-naphthalene-distearamide, distearyl-2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate, p-phenylene distearylamide, and benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid tris-octadecylamide. |
