PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin battery simplifying the manufacturing processes and enabling an outer shape of a frame body to be formed with high dimensional accuracy in the thin battery where a battery cell is held by the frame body.SOLUTION: A thin battery 10 includes: a battery cell 20 where a power generation element, outputting a predetermined electromotive force, is hermetically sealed by a film storage overpack and leads for electrodes 1, 2 electrically connected with the power generation element are led out from a sealing part of the film storage overpack; and a frame body 30 for holding the battery cell 20. The sealing part of the film storage overpack is a flat thermal seal part formed at an outer peripheral part of the film storage overpack. The frame body 30 is continuously formed by the same member so as to sandwich both side surfaces of the sealing part and has thick wall parts 37 formed so as to be thicker than the battery cell 20. |
