PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dc power supply unit, which rectifies an ac output of a magnetogenerator with a control rectifier circuit constructed by forming an upper side and a lower side of a bridge from thyristor and MOSFET and supplies the rectified output to a load, capable of protecting the MOSFET from a surge voltage generated when the MOSFET is turned on or off for boosting an output voltage of the magnetogenerator.SOLUTION: Between a thyristor and MOSFET at each upper side and each lower side of a control rectifier circuit 2 that rectifies an output of a magnetogenerator 1 and supplies the rectified output to a battery 3, snubber diodes Dsu-Dsw with cathodes directed toward thyristor side are inserted, and between the cathode of the snubber diode and a negative electrode side dc output terminal of the control rectifier circuit, snubber capacitors Csu-Csw are connected. A surge voltage generated when the MOSFET is changed from ON to OFF is absorbed in the snubber capacitors Csu-Csw, and charges stored in the snubber capacitor are discharged through thyristors 201u-201w. |
