PURPOSE: An acne removal device is provided to hygienically remove acne by preventing the skin of a user from being in contact with foreign materials of acne with a contact member of a silicon material. CONSTITUTION: A contact housing unit (210) includes a contact member (310) of a silicon material. A removal body unit (220) generates a predetermined suction force for removing acne occurred on a face of a user. A vacuum cylinder (230) is inserted into a cylinder hole (222) of the removal body unit. A suction shaft (240) generates a predetermined suction force by being elevated. An operation member (250) is arranged in an operation hole (224) formed on one surface of the removal body unit. The operation member provides the predetermined torque to the suction shaft.
