PURPOSE: An apparatus for aligning micro beads and a method for manufacturing a micro bead plate using the same are provided to manufacture the plate with mechanical apparatus, thereby improving efficiency in producing the plate. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for aligning micro beads includes transferring part (110), a micro bead tank (131), a surface cleaning part (130), and a bonding part (170). The transferring part supports an aligning plate (10) of which the upper side has a groove. The tank stores the beads, and fills the groove of the transferred aligning plate with the beads. The surface cleaning part sweeps the beads piled up on the upper side of the aligning plate ejected from the tank. The bonding part forms a bead plate using a bonding plate on which a bonding agent is spread. The bonding plate is in contact with the transferred aligning plate of which the groove is filled with the beads so that the bead plate is formed. |
