<p>A webbing take-up device (10) that can regulate displacement of a held part (60) such as clutch while suppressing or preventing a drop in the assembility of the held part (60) such as clutch. A projection is formed on a bridge portion (96) in a wall portion (82) on the opposite side of a holding portion (102) side. When a cover plate (130) is attached to a frame (12), a base portion (132) of the cover plate (130) contacts a distal end of the wall portion (92), but at the portion where the projection (106) is formed, the base portion (132) presses the projection (106) and bends the bridge portion (96). By the bridge portion bending, a touching surface (104) of the holding portion (102) contacts a base portion (62) of a clutch plate (60) and regulates displacement of the clutch plate (60). Moreover, in a state where the bridge portion (96) is not bending, a clearance is formed between the touching surface (104) and the base portion (62) when the clutch plate (60) is disposed, so the clutch plate (60) can be also be easily attached.</p> |
