PURPOSE: An integrated soundproof panel assembly is provided to conveniently and quickly replace a damaged soundproof panel with a new soundproof panel and to make an exterior thereof entirely beautiful without heterogeneity due to a material difference between the panel and a support. CONSTITUTION: An integrated soundproof panel assembly includes multiple shape steel supports (110) and soundproof panels. The support has at least one flange (111) and one web (113). The supports are vertically installed along a noise source at regular distances. The panel is installed between the supports adjacent to each other, and has an outer case (121) and a cover plate in order to cover the flange.
