PURPOSE: A bent axial type static hydraulic transmission is provided to be configured to include the advantages of a conventional bent axial type static hydraulic transmission and of a swash plate type static hydraulic transmission, thereby improving transmission efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A bent axis type hydraulic pump (200) is connected to an input shaft. The bent axis type hydraulic pump varies the inclination of a rotary shaft. A bent axial type hydraulic motor (300) delivers rotatory power to an output shaft. A control block (400) forms a hydraulic closed circuit. A piston is equipped inside the bent axis type hydraulic pump and the bent axis type hydraulic motor.
