The device has one or more film dispensers (110) for provision of plastic films (120, 130), one or more port dispensers for provision of one or more plastic elements (150), a combined welding/cutting tool (140) and at least one further welding tool for welding the port (210). The welding/cutting tool (140) brings the plastic elements (150) for formation of the port (210) to the plastic bag (200), takes up additional film and welds the plastic films (120, 130) on a welding form (40). |
