<p>PURPOSE: A heat radiating powder coating is provided to have excellent heat radiating ability, and environment friendly properties, together with excellent electric insulation, hardness and durability. CONSTITUTION: A heat radiating powder coating comprises heat radiating power, and the heat radiating powder comprises phylite powder, fullerene powder, and alumina powder. The resin is an epoxy resin. 100.0 parts by weight of the heat radiating powder coating comprises 35-65 parts by weight of the epoxy resin, and 30-60 parts by weight of the heat-radiating powder. The mixing ratio of the phylite powder, the fullerene powder, and the alumina powder is 70-95 parts by weight, 5-30 parts by weight, and 0.1-5 parts by weight, on the basis of 100.0 parts by weight of the heat radiating powder.</p> |
