PURPOSE: A method for providing foreign language learning information, a system thereof, and a foreign language learning device thereof are provided to enable a learner to learn a foreign language by oneself. CONSTITUTION: When a learner selects a learning topic and a difficulty degree of learning, a control unit of a terminal transmits difficulty degree information to a server by controlling a communication unit (S4). The server stores the difficult degree information and resets a difficulty degree for each learning topic (S5,S6). After low rank information is provided, the terminal provides related content (S7-S9). The terminal determines whether or not an inputted answer is a correct answer and transmits a determination result to the server (S10,S11). The terminal outputs a learning result which is processed in the server (S12).
