PURPOSE: A working fluid preheating device for special vehicles and construction equipment is provided to reduce fuel consumption used for preheating working fluid and to reduce working time by preheating the working fluid before equipment like a cylinder and others operated by the working fluid operates. CONSTITUTION: A working fluid preheating device for special vehicles and construction equipment comprises an inverter (20), a heater (40), a temperature sensor (50), and a switch (60). The inverter receives power from a battery (10) of the special vehicles and the construction equipment. The heater is arranged inside a working fluid tank (30) of the special vehicles and the construction equipment and receives power from the inverter to generate heat. The temperature sensor senses the temperature of working fluid. The switch supplies the power of the battery to the inverter.
