Energy generating device type of integrated chip using 3-Dimension LSI technology

PURPOSE: A chip stack type energy generator using 3D integration technology is provided to reduce a size by implementing individual modules as one chip using the 3D integration technology. CONSTITUTION: An energy conversion chip(210) converts the energy from the outside to the electric energy and outputs the converted energy. An energy control chip(220) controls and outputs the electric energy inputted from the energy conversion chip with a preset size. The energy conversion chip is electrically connected to an upper side of the energy control chip and is stacked. An energy storage chip(230) stores the electric energy inputted from the energy control chip. A penetration via for electrically connecting the chip on an upper side and a lower side is formed on the energy control chip. The energy storage chip includes a plurality of semiconductor electricity accumulation devices.
