PURPOSE: A cold and heat medium supply device for a mold is provided to reduce a man-hour and to mass-produce by shortening an injection molding time by providing a cooling medium or a heating medium as a mold conveniently and easily. CONSTITUTION: A cold and heat medium supply device for a mold comprises a path main body (300), and a cover body (200). The path main body comprises a medium supply hole (312), a path pipe (310), and a path housing (320). The path pipe is formed spirally along an outer periphery, and a medium recovery groove collecting a supplied cold and heat medium is formed. In the cover body, the path main body is inserted. The cover body is formed along an upper inner periphery as a shape corresponding to the medium recovery groove of a spiral shape, and an insert groove (212) of a spiral shape is formed in order to collect the cold and heat medium rapidly.
