NEW IMIDAZOLE DERIVATIVES AND ORGANIC ELECTRONIC DEVICE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Organic electronic device using new imidazole is provided to show excellent characteristics by increasing efficiency, lowering driving voltage, improving lifetime, and by raising stability. CONSTITUTION: Imidazole derivative comprises of an indication of chemical formula 1 Imidazole derivative represented by chemical formula 1 is selected from a group consisting of compounds represented by chemical formula 1 a, 1b and 1c. Organic electronic device includes; first electrode, second electrode, first upper electrode, and organic layer where they are arranged between second electrodes on first floor. First floor or greater among organic layer includes imidazole derivative. Organic electronic device is selected from organic light-emitting device, organic solar cell organophotoreceptor (OPC) drum and organic transistor.
