PURPOSE: A device to dress for a composite processing machine processing a silicon ingot is provided to easily shorten working time and to be convenient for an operator by automatically dressing a grindstone used for the composite processing machine. CONSTITUTION: A device (1) to dress for a composite processing machine processing a silicon ingot comprises a main body (11), a rack (13), a pinion (14), a rotator (16), and a dressing member (17). An actuator is installed in a lower part of the main body. The rack moves with a rod of the actuator and is connected to the rod of the actuator. The pinion is installed to move inside the main body. The pinion is engaged with the rack and is arranged inside the main body. The pinion is installed in a rotary shaft (15). The rotator is installed on the end in the opposite side of the rotary shaft protruded to the surface of the main body. The dressing member is installed on the lateral surface of the rotator.
