PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rice cooking facility using waste heat that effectively utilizes waste heat of hot water or the like discharged out of the rice cooking facility.SOLUTION: There are provided a rice cooking facility using waste heat including: a cleaning machine for cleaning a rice cooking pot with hot water; a soaking device for receiving the rice cooking pot in which rice is put and rice cooking water is charged, and performing rice soaking for a predetermined period; a rice cooking section for receiving the rice cooking pot after the rice soaking and cooking the rice; and a steaming section for receiving the rice cooking pot after cooking the rice and steaming the cooked rice; wherein one or a plurality of hot waste water pipes in which hot waste water discharged from the cleaning machine flows, are arranged under the steaming section. |
