PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise management device that enables health management and planning of an exercise plan in real time while considering the influence on health, and allows a user to easily perform exercise with high efficiency.SOLUTION: An exercise management device includes: a history information storage unit 30 that stores, for each user, attribute information of a user, health information indicating the health status of the user and exercise information indicating exercise that the user has done; an analysis model storage unit 40 that stores an analysis model for deriving exercise recommendation information for recommending exercise suitable for the user; and an analysis unit 20 that derives the exercise recommendation information 3 using an analysis result, obtained through an analysis using the health information and the exercise information stored in the history information storage unit 30, of the change in the health status of the user indicated by the health information when performing the exercise indicated by the exercise information, and the analysis model stored in the analysis model storage unit 40. |
