PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous determination of an object by effectively reducing slightly larger noise extraction frequently occurring immediately after update of a correction value by a shutter or the like.SOLUTION: An imaging monitoring device comprises: an imaging unit 2 having a sensor 11 in which a plurality of infrared detecting elements are two-dimensionally arranged, for correcting an output value from the sensor 11 by using a correction value corresponding to an imaging environment to acquire a monitoring image, the correction value being updated in predetermined timing by correcting means 12 of the imaging unit 2; an extracting unit 4a for comparing the monitoring image with a reference image to extract a change region, having a first threshold for determining whether or not the change region is noise and a second threshold greater than the first threshold, and using the first threshold in a normal period and the second threshold in a first post-acquisition period as a predetermined period after the correction value is updated, to determine a change region having an area smaller than the first or second threshold as noise and remove the region. |
