PURPOSE: A distribution control apparatus of a vehicle torque (100) is provided to apply the differential limiting apparatus to control the distribution amount of the left and right wheel torque of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: The distribution control device of the vehicle torque comprises a wheel speed sensor (120) which measures the wheel speed through the wheel speed of the vehicle; a transverse acceleration sensor (130) which measures the real transverse acceleration speed of the vehicle; the steering wheel angle sensor (140) which measures the steering wheel angle of the vehicle; a memory (150) which stores the total weight of the vehicle, the rigidity modulus of the cornering of the wheel, the electronic parts of the vehicle wheel base, the gear ratio of the transmission and the proportional coefficient of the torque; a controller (160) which calculates the goal transverse acceleration and the control quantity of the left and right wheel torque by calculating the real transverse acceleration and error in a real transverse acceleration.
