PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television broadcast recording reservation device capable of automatically reserving the recording of a television broadcast related to the content of a Web site only by performing a simple click operation on the Web site which a user is browsing.SOLUTION: A television broadcast recording reservation device includes: a site information acquisition part 101 for acquiring the described content of a Web site designated by a recording request; a site feature amount extraction part 102 for extracting a feature amount from the described content of the Web site; an origination information server 103 for storing SNS origination information originated by an SNS user and searching the SNS origination information related to the described content of the Web site on the basis of the site feature amount; an SNS feature amount extraction part 104 for extracting a feature amount from the searched SNS origination information; a prediction engine 105 for predicting a station and time period for broadcasting the described content of the Web site on television on the basis of the site feature amount and the SNS feature amount; and a recording reservation request part 106 for generating a recording reservation request corresponding to the prediction result and transmitting the request to a television recorder.
