PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that there has been no removing liquid for peeling off only a coating film from a product composed of a resin-based material such as polycarbonate, polypropylene, ABS or the like with a resin-based coating applied thereto without damaging the base.SOLUTION: The removing liquid capable of peeling off only a coating film which is formed of a resin-based coating such as an acrylic coating, an urethane coating, an epoxy coating or the like applied to a resin-based material such as polycarbonate, polypropylene, ABS or the like without damaging the resin-based material, is produced by using a glycol ether with sodium hydroxide, an alkanolamine, an alcohol, and water contained therein. |
