<p>PURPOSE: A polymer reformed cement concrete composition is provide to improve the workability and durability of concrete by adding a polymer-based binder in a specific composition, and an inorganic binder containing Portland cement. CONSTITUTION: A polymer reformed cement concrete composition contains 5-26 wt% of inorganic binder containing Portland cement, 27-63 wt% of fine aggregate, 25-60 wt% of coarse aggregate, 0.1-6 wt% of water, and 0.1-15 wt% of polymer-based binder. The polymer-based binder contains 60-99 wt% of acryl emulsion, 0.01-15 wt% of methacrylate ester, 0.01-15 wt% of methyl acrylate, 0.001-10 wt% of acrylonitrile, and 0.001-10 wt% of butyl-acrylic emulsion. The inorganic binder contains 40-99 wt% of regular Portland cement, 0.01-25 wt% of aluminate, 0.01-15 wt% of gypsum, 0.01-20 wt% of blast furnace slag, and 0.01-15wt% of mica. The inorganic binder additionally contains 0.001-3 wt% of polyvinyl alcohol.</p> |
