PURPOSE: A system for processing an instance no-charge call service and a method thereof are provided to supply a method which connects with a consultant in a state of knowing a current state of a client who desires consultation. CONSTITUTION: A member who uses a webpage performs login by using a client terminal of the member and provides a virtual consultation call number to an authenticated client based on client information(S10). When the client surfs the webpage or progresses shopping, a virtual consultation number of the client is matched to a code of a product which is concerned by the client(S30). The client requests consultation by using the virtual consultation number in a product purchase process(S40).
