PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip surely retaining a suture thread (including other threads and wires) such as a suture loop of a gastric bypass band device.SOLUTION: A medical instrument tip includes: a wire retention chamber extending in a width direction of a tip, opened at both sides of the tip, and configured to removably retain a wire therein; and a wire retention slot extending from the outermost side of the tip in an oblique direction inclined to the axis line of the tip and connected to the wire retention chamber. The wire retention slot has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the wire retention chamber. |
