PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a risk that a radio resource for a channel quality indicator (CQI) report which a base station has released most recently is allocated to a mobile station which is newly trying to communicate with the base station.SOLUTION: A method for managing a cyclic shift code used for a CQI report allocates the cyclic shift code to a CQI report from a mobile station according to prescribed priority order when communication between a base station and the mobile station newly occurs. When communication is terminated or cut off, the cyclic shift code is released. In an allocation step, a cyclic shift code which has lower priority order than a cyclic shift code allocated most recently for a CQI report from other mobile station, which is not used for a CQI report from other mobile station, and which has the highest priority order is allocated to the CQI report from the mobile station for newly occurred communication. |
