摘要 PURPOSE: A taxi call management method and system are provided to relay a client and a taxi driver for adjusting a service condition between the client and the taxi driver, thereby supplying a differentiated service to the client and the taxi driver. CONSTITUTION: A client terminal transmits taxi call information (302). A service server detects idle taxis based on position information which is included in the taxi call information and provides information for the idle taxis to the client terminal (304). When a client selects one of the idle taxis, the client terminal transmits call request information (312,314). When reservation completion information is received in response to the call request information, the service server transmits the reservation completion information to the client (342,344).
