HARD COAT FILM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film having high surface hardness as well as excellent in suppressing interference fringes, and a manufacturing method having excellent reproductivity of the hard coat film.SOLUTION: A hard coat film has a hard coat layer made of a cured product of a curable resin composition for the hard coat layer. The curable resin includes a binder component on one surface side formed of triacetyl cellulose base material. The hard coat layer is a hard coat film laminated through a penetration layer with the binder component penetrating in an area on the hard coat layer side of the triacetyl cellulose base material. The layer thickness of the penetration layer is 5 μm or more, and an indentation rigidity of an area up to 30% of a depth of the layer thickness from a boundary face on the hard coat layer side of the penetration layer is 500 MPa or more.
