PURPOSE: An electronic coupon processing system, a method thereof, and a recording medium thereof are provided to supply an electronic coupon to a user terminal, thereby editing and storing an electronic stamp which is provided by a store corresponding to preference of a user. CONSTITUTION: A stamp editing unit (350) inserts at least one of image data and audio data which are selected by a user into electronic stamp data and edits the same. When the user selects the receiving of an electronic stamp, a control unit (380) converts an electronic stamp signal, which is received through a communication unit (310), into the electronic stamp data through a stamp receiving processing unit (340) and stores an electronic coupon including the electronic stamp, which is edited by the stamp editing unit, in an electronic coupon management unit (360) corresponding to selection of the user.
