PURPOSE: A one-pass system using active mass information and a method thereof are provided to check health by carrying one terminal including an access terminal and a health care terminal. CONSTITUTION: A server communication unit (210) periodically communicates user information with a one-pass terminal. When an emergency signal is received from a user, an emergency calling unit (250) transmits the emergency signal to a police station or a hospital. When an abnormality of body information included in the user information is generated, a health care unit (260) transmits the body information to the hospital. A server control unit (280) approves access of the user when the user is a normal user. The server control unit determines a state of the user by analyzing the body information.
