PURPOSE: A heat radiation structure for a vehicle is provided to efficiently emit heat by using the atmospheric pressure difference between the inner side of a vehicle and the specific outer area of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A heat radiation structure for a vehicle is composed of a wire harness (21) and a radiating hose (1). The radiating hose comprises a first end portion (1a), a main portion, and a second end portion (1b). The main portion is integrally installed on the wire harness. The first end portion of the radiating hose is positioned within the predetermined outer area of a vehicle, and the second end portion is positioned at the inner side of the vehicle. When the predetermined conditions are satisfied, air heated from a heating body flows into the first end portion and is exhausted to the inner side of the vehicle through the second end portion.
