PURPOSE: An apparatus for improving the efficiency of a photovoltaic power generating facility is provided to implement a general class type apparatus or a household apparatus by receiving cooling water from a water pipe or a faucet. CONSTITUTION: A pressurized water source (1) pressurizes and supplies cooling water. A plurality of cooling water spraying units spray the cooling water to a photovoltaic module. A distributor (5) distributes the cooling water to the cooling water spraying units in parallel. A control unit (3) supplies the cooling water to the distributor by applying a spray interval of a specific step and a spray amount of a specific level. The control unit includes a valve (30), an operation unit (34), and a control part (32) to control the opening and closing of the valve.
