PURPOSE: A gate driving circuit and a display device having the same are provided to allow a first pull-down unit to include a plurality of switching device, thereby improving reliability of a gate driving unit. CONSTITUTION: A pull-up unit (330) outputs a clock signal as an N-th gate output signal in response to a signal applied to a first node. A carry unit (340) outputs the clock signal as an N-th carry signal in response to the signal applied to the first node. A first pull-down unit (361) includes a plurality of transistors serially connected to each other, and pulls down the first node to a second off signal in response to a carry signal of one of next stages. A second pull-down unit (362) pulls down the N-th gate output signal to a first off signal in response to the carry signal of one of the next stages. Herein, the N is a natural number.
