PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of melamine is provided to provide melamine resin with excellent adhesion to paint for wood having excellent adhesion to unsaturated polyester pain, UV paint and low pressure melamine. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of melamine comprises: a raw material injection step(S101) putting formaldehyde and distilled water into a reactor; an acidity adjustment step(S103) controlling pH of raw material by putting hydroxyl sodium hydroxide into the reactor; a mixture preparation step(S105) manufacturing a mixture by putting melamine into the reactor; a heating step(S107) heating the reactor; a polycondensation step(S109) by putting melamine and urea into a reactor for a reaction which passed through the heating step; and an additive charging step(S111) putting photoinitiator-containing additives into the mixture.
