PURPOSE: A wrapping cloth envelope and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer a wrapping cloth envelope manufacturing method of folding an envelope for manufacturing without using an adhesive and inserting outer paper into a banding paper having a variety of colors. CONSTITUTION: Paper of 20 to 30cm of a rectangular shape is prepared. An inner rectangle having length and width which are 2mm to 5mm shorter than the rectangular paper is formed. Center points are set at the centers of the 4 sides of the rectangular shaped paper a rectangle is drawn in a dotted line along the center points. Outer paper (10) is formed by cutting and removing a marginal part of 2mm to 5mm. A first inner paper (11) for writing words of celebration or consolation is prepared. A second inner paper (12) for amounts, address and contact information is formed by being folded into the half size of the first inner paper. The first inner paper is inserted into the rectangle of dotted lines formed at the outer paper and the second inner paper is inserted into the first inner paper. 3 triangular parts are folded before folding the last one triangle to be the cap part of the outer paper. The completed outer paper is inserted into a banding paper (20).
