摘要
本发明提供叠层陶瓷电容器及其制造方法。通过使以钛酸钡为主成分的晶粒的平均粒径在0.2μm以下、并且将以由所述晶粒的X射线衍射图谱求得的晶格常数(a、b、c)的积表示的每个单位晶格的体积V设为0.0643nm3以下,就可以获得具有高介电常数的电介质瓷器。叠层陶瓷电容器具备将由所述电介质瓷器构成的电介质层与内部电极层交互地层叠而构成的电容器主体、形成于该电容器主体的两个端部的外部电极。
