The unit has a support placed in an opening of a sheet, where the support is pressed on the sheet on a side opposed to that of an accessory i.e. pull strap (8), on edges of the opening. The support is maintained in position on the side of the accessory by elastic units i.e. elastic tabs (4), to assure fixation of the support on the accessory. The support includes a body (5) on which the accessory with a support plate (6) is mounted, where the plate is supported on the edges of the opening. The tabs are provided on side faces of the body perpendicular to the sheet.
