摘要 The present invention relates to a hardening process of an aluminum-based alloy matrix by means of dispersing Metallized Graphite with Copper, or Zinc or Boron (GM) when being at the liquid state. By means of the aforesaid process GM particles (reinforced phase) increase impregnation (wettability), thereby facilitating a homogeneous distribution in the Aluminum alloy matrix. Different metallic concentrations were used within the preparation of the GM. Moreover, several GM compositions were used in the preparation of the Aluminum-based compounds. It is provided an assessment of the yielding stress, maximum resistance and maximum elongation as a chemical composition function of the final compound. The main purpose of the disclosure is increasing mechanical properties of Aluminum or Aluminum-based alloys by means of the dispersing hardening process, without affecting in a material manner the density and electrical conductivity of the alloy that the process has improved.
