PURPOSE: A diversity obtaining method of a ground wave mobile ISDB-T receiver is provided to obtain the diversity of a receiving signal and to secure the SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) of a stable receiving signal. CONSTITUTION: A TS(Transport Stream) decoder/de-multiplexer(113) decodes and de-multiplexes a TS packet. The decoder/de-multiplexer outputs an audio signal and a video signal.
