PURPOSE: A power outage emergency action system is provided to guide an administrator by means of a guide display turned on by a central controller, to send a calling signal to the central controller by manually operating the wireless calling unit of a corresponding operation box, and to guide the administrator to the next operation box by turning on the guide display mounted in the next operation box by means of the central controller. CONSTITUTION: A power outage emergency action system positions N operation boxes in a power receiving room and mounts N wireless calling units(201,202~20n) and N guide displays(301,302~30n) in the N operation boxes, respectively. If the power outage occurs, a central controller(40) sends a turn-on signal to the first guide display(301) of the first operation box and turns on the first guide display so that an administrator turns on the emergency power switch of a first operation box(101). If the signal of a first wireless calling unit(201) is sent to the central controller, the central controller recognizes that the emergency power switch of the first operation box is turned on, sends the turn-on signal to the second guide display(202) of a second operation box(102) and then turns on the second guide display, in order to guide the administrator to the second operation box. Therefore, the central controller sequentially turns on the N guide displays and receives the signals from the wireless calling unit of a corresponding operation box.
