The clamp (1) has an anchoring device attached to a wall, and an additional fixing unit i.e. slit, for receiving a coupling part of an additional element (5). The slit is formed in a support, where the slit and the coupling part comprise a clipping mechanism. The clamp and the support are made of plastic using a single-piece overmolding process. The additional element is designed as a neutralization system of an electrical connector (7). Transverse grooves are formed on a pin. The connector is inserted in a cover of the additional element. The fixing unit receives a thin strap (8).
